What we offer

At GregHarveyPT we guarantee a private 1 to1, friendly & professional customer service. With an excess of 20,000 personal training hours under our belts we can offer you expert fitness training on your doorstep. 

More importantly we believe in the long-term. We'll show you what and how to exercise so that you can increase you confidence. We'll help devise, support and encourage you to create a fitness routine outside of your personal training sessions, with the expectation that you'll to commit to a minimum of 30 minutes of additional activity each day.

However we can’t wave a magic wand and reaching your fitness goals is ultimately your responsibility, so expect to put in some effort!

Laura is a great instructor. She keeps you motivated, pushes you when think you can't do an exercise ( I still hate burpees though. ) You can't ask for a more dedicated instructor. She's patient, kind and encourages you to do your best. The buzz you get when you've been pushed out of your comfort zone is brilliant...pushing that tractor tyre down a muddy hill on a cold and frosty morning was the best felling ever : )

Gregg is extremely knowledgable about what he does. He explained why he was doing things and what the effect would be. He was also extremely capable in giving the actual massage. I think we actually went over the 1hr time limit too! He is a massively friendly guy and kept the conversation flowing the entire time, which does help if you're having a sports massage as they're not exactly pain-free! I have no hesitation in recommending him, and I myself will absolutely be using his services again.
